   •    Processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Return Shipping
   •    If the issue is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
   •    If the return is not due to our error, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. International Orders
   •    Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
   •    We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
